Today's Refinance Rates by State – Oct. 8, 2024

The states with the lowest 30-year mortgage refinance rates Monday were California, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Washington, New Jersey, Ohio, and Oregon. The seven states registered 30-year refi averages between 6.64% and 6.70%.
